The large group boot camp training consists of long bouts of intense explosive exercise with minimal breaks, designed to burn body fat and increase cardiovascular strength and endurance. The boot camps are 1 hour in length and are filled with unique, functional exercises that don't just get you in shape, but are fun to do and will always keep you guessing!
